Raumpatrouille - Die phantastischen Abenteuer des Raumschiffes Orion
Raumpatrouille was the first (and, so far, only successful) German TV-series, shot in the 1960s. Seven episodes told the adventures of the Orion-crew: Commander Cliff Allister McLane, Mario deMonti, Helga Legrelle, Atan Shubashi and Hasso Sigbjörnson. As they liked to overstep the lines, they were assigned a GSD-officer, Tamara Jagellovsk, who was to take care this didn't happen - their "governess", as they called her. However, not even she did manage to keep McLane and his "gang" in line all the time.
Star Trek - The Next Generation
A new ship - the Enterprise NCC 1701-D - and a new captain: Jean-Luc Picard and his crew are following in the footsteps of Kirk & Co, exploring strange new worlds, seeking out new lifeforms and civilizations and boldly go where no man has gone before.
Sapphire & Steel
Little is known about what Sapphire and Steel are. Whenever time breaks through and causes a disturbance, they appear on the spot, sent by a mysterious authority, and try to return things to normal. They both have special abilities that help them to accomplish their tasks. Sapphire can analyse things and living beings, create illusions and take time back . Steel is very strong - strong enough to tie knots in elevator cables - and can lower his body temperature to almost absolute zero. They are not alone - there are others like them, like the technician Silver or Lead, who serves as Steel's insulation when Steel lowers his body temperature. There are 127, all in all - although you may not rely on the 12 Transuranics, since they are unstable.
